We are the Malefyt Family from West Michigan. My husband is a building manager, I am a ‘stay at home mom’. I use that term loosely… I am a photographer, sewer, knitter, crocheter, and crafter for fun. I am a natural and adoptive mom of three under four, and one of my little girls has Down syndrome – we spend a lot of time doing therapy and at appointments. We’re also foster parents with out a placement… for now. I also volunteer for a wonderful small ethical adoption agency Greater Hopes Family Services (greaterhopes.org) and I volunteer with Families of Promise Orphan and Adoption Ministry with our church KCC, as the Post Placement & Adoption Support team leader. Our life is busy… but fun. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
